Paying for an address

Like that other review said, it's a decent location. Just about on Bardstown Road by all the excitement. Though, the minimart a block away gets held up every so often and there is rifraff always in the alley's. The places definitely need to be updated. The windows are falling apart to the point I can stick my finger through the window pane to the outside. I dont think the walls even have insulation. Get ready to pay huge, huge gas bills. It's the same as heating and cooling a large house. In winter 2005-2006 the gas bills were about $350/mo just to keep the place at 65 degrees. Completely rediculous for a small apartment. Bills are similar in the Summer as well with electricity...though not quite as expensive. My A/C barely works and the landlord doesnt want to fix it. Parking is tight as expected for the middle of the city. Dishwasher, refrigerator, and stove are at least 20 years old and need to be replaced. |
