Apartment Review for Partridge Meadows Apartments - Louisville, KY

I have lived in Partridge Meadows for almost a year and have been unhappy with the apartment the whole time. When we moved in I had to DEEP clean the apartment because it was dirty. The washer hookup was broken and the first time I ran the dishwasher I had water covering my kitchen floor which leaked right through the wall into the bathroom (great building work!) There is a really bad bug problem, I have the exterminator out at least once a month. Walls are very thin can hear the people upstairs walking talking and doing other things I wish I couldn't hear. The frame around our glass door leaks, which gets all over the carpet and has not been fixed in the year that we have lived here. Appliances are very old, dishwasher doesn't really wash the dishes and the oven does not heat up to the right heat, and the complex shuts off the water about once a month without notice for "emergency work." On top of everything the management is rude. The only plus is the maintenance guys are nice.
