Apartment Review for Partridge Meadows Apartments & Townhomes - Louisville, KY

I have lived here for a number of years, and in the beginning it was a great place to live. Great price, great location, great complex. In the last few years, the complex has begun to rent to a much lower class of people who have turned this place in to a housing project. Trash everywhere. Loud obnoxious neighbors. Why would you rent an apartment to someone who doesn't even have a job? Do you enjoy getting screwed out of the rent? Shame. This could have been one of the best places in the East end to live.
