Apartment Review for Peterson Pophan Inc - Louisville, KY

I was supposed to be rentng a 1st floor studio apartment. After I signed everything I was reading to move in to my apartment. I was tricked they gave me two apartments with the same key! Somebody moved into mine and they stuck me in the basement. I'd already had moved everything from storage and was trapped I had to take it. The apartment flooded three times.I lost everything I own . There own lease told me I could move. They REFUSED TO LET ME MOVE TO ANOTHER LOCATION. The Louisville Metro Liscense and Inspections declared my apartment a HAZARD ZONE WITH 17 HEALTH AND SAFETY VIOLATIONS. pETERSN pOPHAM ERGENCY MAINTENACE never even came to drain the water out!!! it was became HEAVILY ROACH INFESTED!!!!
