Peterson Popham Inc. is a very shady company. Their maintenance people stole several things from my basement as admitted by Wayne including a computer and exercise machine while I was at work. Be VERY leary of this company. Also, Rolling Hills is full of elderly people who have no use for younger people in their buildings. No amenities.  Need to rent an apartment?
