The staff is horrible,rude, Not friendly,nor compastionate not loyal to occupants who have been here for sometime. Rent constently going up. People have been rob, and apartments have been broken into. Managment did not let us know..found out from other tenants. allows anyone to move in just to meet qrtly #'s.rent is to high for area.Will not give corporate # if asked. Need New Management... Hurry please! these could be great apartments with new complete office managment and crew.Save Phoenix Place...  Need to rent an apartment?
