Apartment Review for Post Oak Apartments - Louisville, KY

I was threatned in the parking lot by loitering juviniles who later egg'd my car! The office manager is unhelpful and disrespectful. The sink broke multiple times, obviously it was never fixed correctly to begin with. I waited 6 months for them to fix my fan. Regardless of if you get the upgraded appliences, you're still getting crappy, cheap, faulty equipment. It's right next to Jefferson County, I can not tell you how many times I found kids by my back patio smoking marijuana and skipping school. Bad atmosphere, bad office manager, no parking anywhere, and not to mention the ants that infest the entire complex in the spring, or the bats living in two of the buildings walls. I do not reccomend this place and I would never lease there again, it is by far the biggest waste of your money and 12 months of your life.
