Apartment Review for Post Oak Apartments - Louisville, KY

My washer has been broken since 3 months and when we signed the lease they have tolled us that apartment with washer and dryer cost $150 extra but we still took it due to having a little kid. Now our sewer water is coming out of the sewer hole and we have a lots of bugs in the apartment and on the top of it it stinks like a bowl movment they have not fixed anything yet since 01-15-2010 it is April the 3.It is very scary evry time we call them they send the guy over but he cannot do anything because washer cannot be fixed since one week they have been looking for used washer to give us but they expect from us to pay full rent with poor service! DON'T RENT THIS PLACE I AM REPORTING THEM TO THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!
