Apartment Review for Rangeland Manor - Louisville, KY

If you are looking for cheap rent than this is the place. Otherwise keep on looking. Management seems only interested in having someone sign a lease. After that you're forgotten. They do a good job of telling you that they will fix something only to never pass on the request to maintenance. I have been waiting for over a month for them to fix my windows so I don't have to prop them open. Also, they control when you have heat and air conditioning. Each unit has a thermostat control but management controls when the heat and AC is available. My unit has washer/dryer hookups but there is no dryer vent exhaust to the outside which means I have to use an inside vent. This makes the unit extremely hot and humid when drying. My experience with the maintenance staff has not been bad, however, if they are not made aware of a problem by management, I can't expect them to fix any problems.
