Apartment Review for River Hill Apartments - Louisville, KY

The building are in poor shape at best, maintenance is a joke, the people in the leasing office are of no help when dealing with noisy neighbors, vandalism or just about anything else I have lived here for 9 months, it has been the worst experience I have ever had with any apartment, and I have had 2 different apartments in that time. I went for a really noisy obnoxious building to one that is even worse. If you enjoy quiet or want any kind of sleep or just a reasonable amount of normalcy in your life don't live here. oh yeah and don't forget the undiciplined unregulated children and multiple drug dealers in the complex.
