Apartment Review for River Oaks - Louisville, KY

Thankfully I no longer live here! I've lived in a few apartment complexes throughout college and this was by far my worst experience. The location isn't bad, but everything else about it is. Management of the place frequently changes, but never gets better. Beware of lost paperwork! Maintenance is not much better! The pool was closed most of the summer I live here, and requests for my apartment were left unanswered.
