Apartment Review for River Oaks - Louisville, KY

If you're looking to spend $600/month this is NOT the best place to go. I've wasted 12 months worth of rent on a teeny tiny 606 sq. foot apartment. The office staff is horrible, maintenance couldn't possibly take any longer (I still don't have things fixed from 8 months ago) and certain neighbors are very rude and think they own the entire complex. I take every opportunity to tell people not to live here.
