Apartment Review for River Oaks - Louisville, KY

I've lived in much worse places with much worse management aka Broadway Management Group at the Lofts of Broadway! River Oak is really quiet except my above neighbor walks really heavy sometime. My only problem is they are raising the rent AGAIN for some reason. The management has always been really helpful to me, but sometimes they aren't in the office during their stated office hours. Overall I'd say 7 out of 10.
