The apartment wood gets a 2 out of 5 and that’s being nice. The sinks stayed blocked and there is mold growing all over the place in the walls. There are mice’s and the land lord is never there. Don’t waste your time or money. Rosewood is a high health risk.  Need to rent an apartment?
