This is the Biggest dump in Louisville. Qualifications to move in are "You must be a criminal! You must be able to harrass your neighbors. And the managers Mary and Diane would rather you throw trash everywhere than for their fat !@# to pick up this dump. They go through your apt and steal when you aren't home.
