Apartment Review for Royal Garden Apartments - Louisville, KY

Been a resident since 2003 and have no real complaints other than I wish the new laws hadn't shut down our swimming pool. However, the management is looking into making the area a childrens fountain play area. Hope that works out. Royal Gardens is what an apartment complex should be ... affordable living for young families (and older folks like me). They have a plan for different budgets. I have the all inclusive utilities paid plan at 599. monthly.
