Apartment Review for Smallwood Realty - Louisville, KY

I rented a unit from Smallwood Realty last year and had no complaints about the unit. My only complaint is that I did not receive back any of my $575 deposit nor a list of itemized damages and repairs. I sent several letters to the company requesting both. I ended up filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Upon doing that, I saw that I was not the only one who had issues with deposit refund. Be careful and check the company's BBB rating.
