complained about noise, leaking faucet, toilet, lights always going out (probably bad wiring) but once your in they don't care. Can't find a place to park, ever! Had my car broken in to, my boyfriends car got hit and I don't feel safe coming home after sun-down. Find someplace safer!  Need to rent an apartment?
