Apartment Review for Station House Square Apt - Louisville, KY

i lived at station house for the past 3 yrs when me and my parents first saw the place..they immediatey loved it the manger at the time was so sweet and nice and also because of the alarm system in each unit and wash/dryer facility on property..over the years the the place has changed...new management and maintence crew...and the changes has not been for the better...the complex is noisy due to people hanging out all times in the night drinking, smoking, and partying, the appliances in the apts are okay to say the very least..leaky ceiling, issues with spiders during the summer...at one time the water tank in my apt broke..took the new manger Mike and his new maintence crew about two weeks to fix and clean out my apt..and everytime i called to ask how much longer..he act like i was inconvience him even though i was the one that was paying rent for an apt that i spend atleast 3 weeks not being in cus the maintence staff was too incompete and could not fix a simple no hot water problem and manage to break the water tank instead...all this happen during my last year of my graduate school studies..I would not recommend this place to anyone to live...for the money you would pay in rent you can find better places in louisville to rent from.
