Apartment Review for Summit Place Apartments - Louisville, KY

The new management that took over in April are in desperate need of a course in customer service. They always have a nasty attitude and do not seem to ever want to get out from behind their desks and actually work. Major contruction is going on at the facilities right now and the place is trashed. They barely mow the grass and the place is not that well lit. Parking is often a hassle in the evenings and there is no insulation between apartments. I hear everything - even when people are speaking in normal tones. This has been the worst living experience of my life! I cannot wait until my house is finished being built. I am running away from the Summit Place and never looking back. I wouldn't even recommend this place to me enemies!
