Apartment Review for Terraces At Forest Springs - Louisville, KY

These apartment are some of the worst built when it comes to insulation. If you live on the first floor...it sounds like a thunderstorm each and every day due to the upstairs neightbors. NO. I am not the only one who thinks so. In fact 3 out of the 4 lower level tenants in my building have all stated the same problem. I am writing this at 7:33 am. Not unusual for some of you I know. However I work second shift and don't ususally fall asleep until 3 am. Why I am Awake? I could hear my neighbors alarm clock going off. I kid you not. Stay the hell away from hear if you mental health means anything to you.
