Apartment Review for The Oxford Apartments - Louisville, KY

Lot of space for the money, however the decor is awful,very outdated, my apartment had new carpet that was a plus, however on the downside the marred counter tops, someone came up with a brilliant idea to paint them, needless to say the paint would come off with every swipe of a wet towel when attempting to clean.I found dog feces in my building foyer and it literally took three days for somone to actually come and clean it up,paint was chipping off the entrance doors, carpet in the hallways was in disrepair, and quite odiferous,some apartments had broken windows,or torn screens.Overall the complex was filthy, loud, and quite unhospitable.
