Apartment Review for The Paddock Apartments - Louisville, KY

We loved this place when we first moved in. Now not so much. They allow Pit Bulls and one person admitted to breeding them in her apt!!!!The office does not check the breed. they just take your word for it.. Go to Apartmentratings.com and read for yourself. It is party central and the manager has no CLUE what she is doing. Ya wanna drink at the pool...be our guest apparently!Did I mention the "park" they just put together is in a RETENTION BASIN!!! State has been called b/c the office refuses to put it elsewhere. When it rains all the debris from the parking lot goes into the "playground". The dogs have a great playground to play on with drinking fountains, benches, gated. Kids get a RETENTION BASIN to play in!!! The kids can also fit in the sewage tunnels that are right on the play ground. It is also made of wood(will rot here soon enough or at least sink due to 6ft of water when it rains. is and has been referred to as the Pond or lake) and says "not for commercial use". You would think as much as we pay they could have provided much better. Mice will invade your apartment due to the field and all the garages that residents keep open. There are roaches in the stairwell b/c they are never cleaned. It is looking more like Section 8 and it is shocking b/c this is supposed to be THE place to live. GO ELSE WHERE and run faster if you have kids. Oh and lets not forget the rape and abduction that happened last month!
