Apartment Review for The Worthington - Louisville, KY

The staff changed four times during my lease period of 12-months. When I signed my lease the place looked great, the maintenance was on top of things, the office was helpful. The maintenance man met me to sign my lease, not the manager. He was nice but not what I expected and then they put him in charge of the office. The new maintenance guy was kind of a rough character. The only person I trusted was the former maintenance guy and he was let go after a few months.

They brought another person in to fun the office and got rid of the rough maintenance guy and after that it all went to hell. No consistant maintenance and the office manager was not friendly at all. My lease came due and I sent it back to them without signing it and gave my notice. Nothing was consistent or on a schedule. Everything was just up in the air. The place is small and could have been taken care of better. The sign out front was caught on fire and there was a bad rash of car break-ins that the office was very "oh well" about.

The rent, water, cable, storage and other fees are so high that it is unbelievable. A better deal and a bigger place can be found without this kind of rape.
