Apartment Review for Waterford Place Apartments - Louisville, KY

The exterior and the models of this complex are deceiving. From the time I moved in there have been problems. Some of which have yet to be addressed. Maintenance request take a ridiculous amount of time to be filled, if at all. Staff says things will be done and they never are. The parking lots have poor lighting at night. This is scary on the nights you have to park on the other side of the complex and walk to your apartment due to insufficient parking. The appliances in the apartments are old. Especially the washer(which is so loud you can hear when your neighbors wash) and dryer. For the amount of money you pay, this is not a wise choice. Please...Run!!!
