nice building, badly maintained. air-conditioning units are confiscated before winter and returned WAY too late in the summer to save money. (utilities were included in the rent.) so many things in the apartment ceased to work and were never fixed. couldn't move out fast enough. don't be fooled by a nice looking lobby and exterior.  Need to rent an apartment?
