Apartment Review for Whispering Hills Southeast - Louisville, KY

While the immediate office staff is friendly and effecient, the overall managment is seriously lacking professionalism, friendliness and willingness to help. In my time there, they were often short staffed with maintenance and I was told it was because the main office didn't have anyone to send over and help. There is dog shit every where you step. The police were constantly being called, a pipe bomb was found on property, there were a couple break ins, loud parties... just an overall poorly managed place to live. The place was also flooded once while I lived there. They may be cheap, but it's not worth it. They were doing some outside rennovations and people had to leave their apartments for at least a week... some longer and some had to leave twice because the job was done so poorly the first time. DON'T RENT HERE.
