Apartment Review for White Oak Park Apartments - Louisville, KY

I have lived here for over a year. The office manager, Lori, is IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A HOLD OF! She is never in the office at designated times and she NEVER replies to voicemails or messages left for her. The maintenance crew is very friendly and prompt. There is never a lot of noise or commotion. There is no pool or playground for children. I have noticed some drug activity occuring but not in my building. The worst complaint I have is the office manager I guess. She is worthless.
